Rita Shah (Director and Principal Solicitor)
Rita qualified as a solicitor in 1998. In 2002 Rita founded JSK LAW. She specialises in all aspects of Business Immigration and Nationality Law. She has particular expertise in Tier 1 Investor, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Representative of Overseas Business, Tier 2/Sponsorship applications and Global Citizenship Solutions. She is a regular speaker in the UK and overseas on various aspects of UK Immigration Law. She also writes regularly on Immigration Law matters for national and international publications. Rita is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.
Sunita Shah (Consultant Lawyer (FCILEX))
Sunita advises on business Immigration to the United Kingdom with emphasis on Investor and Entrepreneur applications, Nationality and family related residence and citizenship around the world. She also specialises in a wide range of residential property work for domestic and international clients, private companies, offshore trusts and high net worth individuals. This includes co-ordination of all aspects of a client's life including Wills, and family office services for international clients.
